needed as our training and support will make you an expert.
Requirements
before completing application below...
You have a
valid USA or Canadian driver's license
You have
active automobile insurance
You have not
been convicted of a felony in the last 10 years
You do not
have any current felony warrants or open cases against
you
You can
dedicate at least 20 hours per week (flexible time is
fine)
You are
serious about this position and ready to commit if the
agreement terms suit you
Certain states require business brokers to
have a real estate broker's license (most do not) and if you
are applying in one of those states then we will advise you
of this after receiving your application.
After you submit
the application....
We will
review your application and contact you with acceptance
within 48 hours
We may or
may not notify rejected applicants or may keep them on
file
We send you
the Independent Contractor Agreement to review
You either
send back the agreement or contact us to arrange an
interview
Once the
agreement is complete then you will gain access to the
online school
Optional - you can have Scott Radin
train you in your area - a live 1 day training session
Once
training is complete we send an email to your local
businesses introducing you
