questions - we prefer you ask rather than make a

Under this program,
we will price your businesses and find your
buyers so you do not have to worry about those
systems. The following support methods are
available to you.
For starters - there
are certain support issues that you MUST follow
under this program...
The Listing Agreements
We must approve the terms of ALL listing agreements with
sellers before you sign off on them. Since there is little negotiating
on our agreements - this is easy and when we return the Business Market
Valuation - the price is already set. Our commissions are not negotiable
(rarely happens anyway).
The Business Market Valuations
We must perform ALL of the Business Market Valuations
prior to entering into any agreement. This allows us to set the price of
the business in a professionally done report.
Questions and requests from buyers or sellers that
deviate from the norm
From time to time you will get special requests - or
questions - from buyers and sellers that are different than what you
learned in the online training school. You are not permitted to agree to
special circumstances without our permission. You will have Scott
