Business Broker Opportunity Overview - free training
& support
We are
looking to train and launch Business Broker Managers
nationwide. This is an independent contractor
arrangement where we will fully train and support
you - no fee - in return for a commission split
which favors you.
There is NO fee for the training
& support - it is all part
of the program. |
All training and
support will be done by Scott Radin. You can be assured top
quality training and support as owner Scott Radin is world
renowned for his business broker training programs and
support services. Scott Radin is the Founder - Owner and
Head Trainer with the
Business Broker Training Center
We are giving
exclusive territories - by area code - to our business
broker managers.
The
Business Broker Manager Duties...
- Complete the online
training after your application has bee accepted
- Understand and utilize
the support systems we have in place for you
- Preparing and launching
the marketing campaigns in your region - we will provide
the resources needed
- Meeting business buyers
and business sellers
- Performing Business
Market Valuations - instant revenue to you
- Securing offers from
business buyers and negotiating on behalf of the
business seller
- Working all due
diligence and attending closing
- No office needed - work
from home or current facility
- Flexible hours which can
be worked around other commitments
- One more thing - NO
COLD CALLING - leads contact us and we forward them
to you
ALL TRAINING on above and
more will be provided to you in an online format with
everything that you need.
The
Independent Contractor Terms...
- One year agreements with
provisions that you will only broker as the Manager for
A.S. Radin & Associates
- Commission split - 80%
to you and 20% to us on every closed business your first
year
- Commission split - 90%
to you and 10% to us on every closed business subsequent
years
- Business market
valuations split - $200 to you and $99 to A.S. Radin &
Associates - instant revenue to you
- All businesses listed
will be listed by us and you will be authorized to sign
the listing agreements
- All business buyers
deposits will be held by us - escrow account
(unless required differently
in your state)
- You must be willing to
travel your region and meet clients during the day or
evening - you have flexibility
- You must have a valid
Driver's License and be a legal resident of the USA
- You have no active
warrant or been convicted of a felony crime in the last
10 years
Certain
states require business brokers to have a real estate
broker's license (most do not) and if you are applying in
one of those states then we will advise you of this after
receiving your application.
This
position contains flexible hours and allows you to work it
in amongst other business or personal commitments. You must
reside in the area code where applying.
This is a
commission based job -
Over the last 7 years, the average commission on the sale of
a business is $37,000. So 80% of that is over $29,600 per
sale to you. You should sell between 7-10 business per year.
In addition, do just 5 Business Market Valuations a week and
make an immediate $1,000 per week - and many of these will
turn into listings
