Q - How long will it take
me to see revenue from my services?
Radin- On average
you will see commissions on the sale of
businesses in 3-4 months if you utilize our
system as we train it to you. However that is on
the sale of a business. You can generate
immediate income by using our instant revenue
services that has business owners paying you up
front. For instance, our Business Market
Valuations service currently generates more than
$4,000 per month for my local brokerage and many
of these clients have or will turn into listings
for me. I will show you how to make this amount
or more YOUR FIRST MONTH and thereafter
resulting in a rapid return on your training
investment and then some!
Q- How does this new "lending
network" benefit me and how does it work?
The primary use of this "lending network" is to
allow our trained brokers to finance business
buyers after accepted offers. This service
greatly increases your odds of moving from offer
to closing. AND by financing the buyers, you
will get compensated for doing so. It can also
be offered as a stand alone service to buyers
and owners because we provide equipment
financing as well. The process is simple, you
provide the buyer profile to me after accepted
offer then I ship it out to the network and the
lenders take it from there. Once a loan closes,
the lender sends me the "finders fee" (generally
1 point on the loan) then I split that with you.
Q- As a new broker with no
experience how can I possibly compete
against the experienced brokers?
The question I have been getting since 2001.
First let me say that I have told EVERYONE that
I have trained that if they lose a listing
because of experience then let me know. I am
still waiting for that first call. The process
and presentation that you will use sets up what
you can do NOT what you have done. And because
you are trained by us you can use "we" as in "we
are involved in hundreds of businesses sold
every year". Look, when you go to buy a car, do
you ask the salesperson how many cars they have
sold? NO - you look for the best presentation
and deal!
Q- Do you have an idea on the
type of person who uses the online school and
who attends live training?
I find the person enrolling in the online school
is generally someone who either is not 100%
certain business brokering is for them OR is
someone looking to be trained with the smallest
investment. Lately, many who have enrolled in
the online school are beginning to attend a live
seminar after completing the school. Their
reasoning for upgrading to a seminar leads
me into why someone attends live training. The
interaction and the examples that I can provide
prove invaluable to the broker's training
experience. And you will have the complete
recording of your own training instead of that
in the online school.
Q- What is the one reason
you would tell me on why to use your
training services?
Our cutting edge systematic processes and
educational marketing approach. The industry
has changed and so has our approach. We
train systems that work NOW not systems from
20 years ago. And we know they work because
we use the very same systems in our own
successful local brokerage. And we are
always trying new things and when they work
locally then we roll them out nationally. My

There
are so many options out there - how do I distinguish
between reputable and trouble?
Radin -
This
is a great question. Start by reviewing their web sites. A
reputable firm will provide their pricing models to the public. Second,
a reputable firm will completely outlay their
training program. We see new companies
every year pop up and try to get into the business broker training
industry then they just as quickly disappear. Third do they provide a
detailed outline of subjects being covered - and a short bulleted list
does not suffice - each subject should be explained in full.
Q-
How can you charge 50-90% less than the franchise
business brokering providers?
Radin -
Less
Overhead
- unlike some
training providers
that keep a huge
staff to pay, we
have a small staff.
And because our
training is so
thorough, we do not
need a support staff
other than Scott
Radin. Other firms
have to charge more
BUT we don't and
pass this savings
along to you!
Less Greed
- other training
providers would
prefer to sell one
huge package rather
than spending the
time appealing to
all who want to get
into business
brokering. We KNOW
because we used to
be part of that
circuit. We don't
begrudge their greed
HOWEVER we are the
alternative for all
who can't afford the
huge fees other
reputable firms
charge!
Q-
What about those cheap training programs
available for less than $50?
Radin -
You
get what you pay for. There are a few of these available and the first
two things that strike us are that there is no background and experience
of the designer nor a way to contact the designer. For all we know, they
are taking our program or that of the ABBA or SOBB and reselling it. So
beware of the false profit.

Do I need financial or business
experience?
Radin -
NO
- have financial or business experience is not necessary. We will fully
train you on pricing a business and as long as you can you and use a
calculator then we will show you the rest. Pricing a business is simple
and we do it the way a lender does it. As for business experience - not
needed and we will give you everything that you need.
Q-
Is this the type of opportunity that
requires endless cold calling?
Radin -
No,
contrary to what you may have heard, cold calling IS NOT the best way to
generate leads. We recommend that our brokers DO NOT cold call! You see,
the most motivated leads are those calling you and our superior
marketing structure accomplishes just that! Our proprietary marketing
structure is far more successful than basic mass mailings or cold
calling.

Do I need a
real estate license?
There
are certain states that
require a real estate license. You are
responsible for making that determination.
Q-
What
makes you different than the other major business brokering outlets?
The answer
starts with our proprietary marketing approach to business owners
interested in selling - our marketing system has them contacting you -
so no cold calling on your end. In addition to the marketing technique,
we provide all brokers with a unique sales presentation that they roll
out on the initial seller meeting - this presentation almost guarantees
that the owner will want to list with you. Another key area that

spend a great deal of time training buyer processes - including a
