Am I missing something - this seems too
easy? |
| The answer is no. I
have been training business brokers for a fee since
2001. One of my grand plans when evolving my
business broker training company was to reach the
point where I could launch franchise-like business
broker offices without the broker's investment. My training
and support model has proved hugely successful so
the decision was made to expand into brokerage
offices under my main business brokerage - A.S.
Radin & Associates. The concept here is to launch
new business brokers without the costly investment
charged to the brokers by franchises and the like. This is a

Do I need to interview
with you? |
| I do not feel the
need to interview every person I offer a territory
too because of the 700 business brokers I have
trained for a fee - virtually all of them were
motivated and professional - and I did not interview
any of them. I am providing an internationally
recognized - and proven - business broker system to
those operating my offices - with support - so I
believe that is motivation enough. So while I am not
charging a fee like franchises - I do have a
business model similar to a franchisor. Most
franchises do not interview new office candidates
rather they look for motivation and desire because
they provide the training and support on a proven

What is my market outlook - can it work for
me? |
| There is no need for
market studies or surveys because the answer is
simple. My own national market studies coupled with
past studies published by the likes of the Wall
Street Journal indicate two great stats for business
brokers. First, the WSJ reported that 19% of all
small business owners are - or will in the next 12
months - consider selling their business. Further to
this - 9 out of every 100 businesses are for sale
right now - you just do not know it because a
business sale is done under strict confidentiality.

What are the hidden fees
regarding start-up costs |
| NONE - we get you
completely set-up. You are working under our company
name so no need to register a business. All leads
are driven through our main web site back to you so
no need for your own web site. You can work
out of the home or existing office so no need for
rent. We handle all of your business listing
advertising so no need for broker memberships.

How much should I expect
to pay per month for the marketing? |
| Doing direct
marketing is the only ongoing expense that you will
have. We estimate $200 per month will suffice to get
you going - of course the more you put into it - the
more you will get out of it. NO COLD CALLING |

The agreement seem
straight forward - but is there a learning
curve? |
| There is no learning
curve because the training and support will fully
prepare you for the process. You will find that the
process is very simple because both buyers and
sellers WANT and NEED your services. You are working
under our brand and company and our experience
speaks for itself. The support is critical and I
have been supporting business brokers since 2001 so
I know how to remove the learning curve. |

The agreement refers to
buyers in a general pool - I thought we held a
territory? |
| You do and when a
buyer purchases a business that you list then you
get the commission. The general buyer pool refers to
all buyers in your area however if we have multiple
brokers servicing neighboring regions then this
buyer pool may apply to all neighboring regions. For
example - our buyers in Western New York are
interested in businesses either in Buffalo NY or
Rochester NY - and these are two territories but we
promote our businesses for sale to both. We generate
ALL buyers for you and none of the marketing that
you are providing deals with finding the buyers so
you do not have territory rights to buyers. The goal
is to sell businesses! |

The agreement refers to
a Non-Compete period if the agreement is terminated
- is that fair? |
| First off - the
agreement is only terminated if you either fail to
meet simple quotas or do a malicious or fraudulent
activity that harms our company. And the quotas just
make sure simple marketing is being done.. This provision covers me if
someone intentionally gets themselves terminated so
they can go out on their own - franchisors offering
business broker training and support deal with this
in epidemic proportions. I am training and
supporting you for free in return for making you and
us alot of money. I am not in business to provide
charity - free training to brokers going off on
their own. |

Doesn't a business
broker need an office to succeed? |
| NO - quite the
contrary. Business brokers meet the sellers at the
potential business for sale and they meet buyers
either at the business for sale or near where they
live or work. Having an office is an unnecessary
expense. Think of real estate agents - most do not
have a physical office nor do they need one. |

Can you explain how the
leads get from my marketing back to me? |
| The business owner
reviews the marketing that you send them. They
either call our toll free number or complete a form
on our main web site at
www.asradin.com.
Now we have the lead. We immediately send the lead
to the broker owning the territory in question and
the broker follows up. The checks and balances are
in place to assure that all your leads generated
arrive back to you. |

Do I need any type of
licensing? |
| Certain states
require business brokers to have a real estate
license and others just a simple certificate. Most
states DO NOT require licensing. If you apply
within a state requiring a real estate license then
we will contact you after receipt of your
application. You can assume you do not unless we
advise you otherwise. |

Am I correct that we
find the sellers and you find the buyers for us? |
| ABSOLUTELY - while
you are launching your marketing campaign - we are
launching an Internet marketing campaign for you.
This may include postings for buyers, email
campaigns, featured online advertising and possible
a telemarketing campaign. We want you to succeed and
we will partner with you! |

Do you do any marketing
for me? |
| YES 100% correct. We
promote all of your business for sale listings to
your appropriate buyer pool that we assemble + we
market your businesses for sale on sites like
bizbuysell, bizquest, mergernetwork and many more.
And we begin assembling your buyer pool as soon as
