1. Broker Prep 101 - prior to attending training, we consult with you on what you can do to prepare your brokerage for launch - again prior to training. This includes the Business Broker Business Plan that we provide to you after committing to this program

4. Guaranteed Leads - once you say "GO" and launch your brokerage, we will guarantee you at least 30 seller leads and 30 buyer leads within your first 60 days or your money back! How do we do this? We hire a professional telemarketer to call businesses in your area. We pay for this service and you just follow up on the leads that they generate. You can spread these leads out longer than 60 days upon request.

REMEMBER - you are paying to be trained and supported exclusively with and industry pioneer - Scott Radin. So as you can see we only require 50% of the fee to train you. The balance is paid before you launch your brokerage and is NOT due at training.
