WE DO NOT HAVE ANY GROUP SEMINARS SCHEDULED - periodically we perform group training seminars across the country. This year we have performed group seminars in St. Louis, Chicago and Albany NY. HOST A SEMINAR and possibly train for FREE - this is our brand new concept to conducting group training seminars. We let our training prospects host a seminar in their own area then we jointly help the trainee recruit other trainees from around the country and beyond. The BEST part is that the hosting trainee will have their training fee refunded by 50% if one other paid trainee attends and completely refunded if two other paid trainees attend. If more than 2 other paid trainees attend then we will pay you a 10% royalty from the fee paid to us.

The benefit to hosting your own seminar is that you will get the training no matter what in your area and, if done right, can get your training done for FREE or even make money from the training seminar. You have nothing to lose.

The process for hosting a seminar...

1. Call Scott Radin directly to 716 472-2684 (cell) or email scott@businessbrokertrainingcenter.net to set it up
2. We decide on dates and location then you reserve the seminar by paying the seminar fee
3. You are responsible for finding and paying for the training facility - with our support and approval
4. We promote your seminar on our web sites, in our marketing and through our prospect email list
5. We provide you standard promotional ideas to market the seminar on your own
6. Possible attendees will have the ability to contact you regarding your interest and the seminar
7. We provide you a 50% refund - and reimburse / take over training facility costs - as soon as one other person commits
8. We refund your balance paid to us if a second person commits to your seminar
9. If we secure paid commitments on three or more then we will provide you a 10% royalty on each fee paid (including first two)
10. If no other paid trainee attends then we will provide you the training as 1-on-1 at the chosen training facility

Hosting A Seminar Notes...

• Past experience shows that other attendees will come from throughout the country and beyond.
• However, this is a great tool to recruit new associates to work with you in your area - that is up to you.
• We will NOT host a seminar with you until you have fully committed to your seminar.
• If you are the host of a seminar, we will NOT host another seminar within 50 miles of your seminar for one year.
• However you may host multiple seminars with us in your area at any time.
• If someone requests a seminar in your 50 mile area within said 1 year then we will contact you.
